You hear Sarah Palin just hit and quit it? (yay!)
Is that a sign of a loser, or what? Oh my gawd, that woman is creepy. I mean most politicians HAVE to be, I guess...but...here is an example of what I mean:
“Let us continue to love our country, be proud of our country, never apologize for our country.”

Never apologize? That means go ahead and fuck over anyone you want to? Gimme me a break! I thought her resigning was an apology! Jesus...of all people in the entire world who need to apologize, it's the USA. That's right! I said it. Now that doesn't mean lose your pride. There are plenty of things to be proud of as an American. Apologizing for mistakes is one of them. It let's people know that you are in a learning and growing continuum. Music is another. America does actually put out the best music on earth. You can ask people around the world. They will agree. Not just tooting a false horn here. But systematically taking over third world countries is not part of our pride. It is worth an apology, as long as we learn and move on. OK. I'm done ranting.
Sorry :)
Here is some music.

Hit It & Quit It
by Bicasso
hip hop, Oakland funk
Subverse says: I went to Brooklyn in 2005 - the same year this track was made - one of my goals was to prove that hip-hop was not in the ICU. I figured Brooklyn would provide hope for my faithless soul. Well lets just say I'm glad Oakland is still on the map. No disrespect to my NY folks, but when Nas makes and Album titled Hip-Hop Is Dead, well, the shit's dead.
